Few Fall Colors Still There

I thought the dirt road would be muddy, but it wasn't.

The packed dirt was actually softer and less bumpy than the chipseal road.

The phone camera doesn't do the color justice. But really it was colorful.

This was the turn around point. There was some aspens still closer to the road with color.

Many of the trees have lost their leaves the closer to the road.

On the brisk ride back down the dirt road there was a spot on top of the mound in the distance that was just glowing yellow, orange and a tinge of red.

The brief period of sunlight hitting the tops of few trees with leaves. The storms were moving in, though I thought it was supposed to by nice today?  Hmmm.

Made it back before the snow,rain and wind took over.
